Abstract

Context and relevance. In modern society, new extreme challenges are emerging, related to social, environmental, and political crises, which require the development of effective tools for diagnosing and preventing psycho-emotional disorders. Modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, neurophysiological methods, and digital platforms, open new possibilities for automated monitoring, analysis, and correction of psycho-emotional states under extreme conditions. Objective. The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate and describe the author's model of complex diagnostics, monitoring and self-regulation of psycho-emotional states using modern information technologies and artificial intelligence methods aimed at strengthening psychological stability in extreme conditions. Methods and materials. Theoretical methods: analysis of scientific literature on the diagnosis and self-regulation of psycho-emotional states, which allowed us to determine the relevance and objectives of the system. Analysis of scientific sources: to select diagnostic techniques and adapt them to the platform. When developing the model, we also used: software tools using modern technologies (within the framework of the client-server architecture); feedback and beta testing (to improve the user`s interface and functionality). Results. An innovative platform for automated diagnostics and self-regulation is described, integrating diagnostic and psychocorrective techniques, machine learning algorithms and neurophysiological models. Alpha and beta tests have been conducted to confirm the reliability and effectiveness of the system. The introduction of such technologies makes it possible to potentially predict psychological risks, identify risk groups, and develop individual prevention and correction strategies. The developed system provides a high level of automation, promotes interdisciplinary knowledge exchange and increases psychological stability in times of crisis. Conclusions. The conclusions indicate the high prospects of using interdisciplinary technologies and communication platforms to increase the level of psychological security of individuals and society.
