The applications of methods and techniques of self-regulation for the development of creative capacities

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the experimental study of the effectiveness and the influence of various eastern methods of self-regulation (for example, methods of meditation and psycho-physical exercises of qigong) on functional state, creative abilities and motivational field of the students of theater schools. The results show marked positive changes in all diagnosed indicators (creative abilities, motivational orientation, psycho-emotional states), which supports the feasibility and advisability of the application of self-control techniques for the optimization of the educational process and actualization of creative potential of students in theater schools.
