Abstract

This article is an attempt by the authors to clarify the content and essence of the concepts “text”, “meaning”, “meaning of the text” from the perspective of a philosophical approach to language and text. Through the use of methods such as analysis, comparison and comparison, the authors identify the essential and distinctive features of the stated concepts, formulate their author's definition and their role in the teaching and education of students of humanitarian universities.rticle presents the analysis of phraseological units with a color component based on dictionaries of Russian scientists. The functioning of phraseological units-colorisms in the texts of modern mass media is also analyzed, the specificity of their use is revealed.
