About the experience of studying the role of symbolic dreams in the artistic work of students
Abstract
In this work, an attempt was made to study the nature of dreams of 9th grade students in connection with the peculiarities of their approach to solving creative tasks. The main objective of the study was to conduct a comparative analysis of dreams of students engaged in and not engaged in visual activities. The data obtained showed that there is a relationship between the nature of dreams and the peculiarities of the approach to solving artistic problems. The author describes four following approaches: metaphorical, formally accented, illustrative, simplified. The metaphorical approach is most inherent in gifted students of art school.
