Development of emotional flexibility of the teacher through socio-psychological training
Abstract
The author considers emotional flexibility as one of the integral characteristics of the teacher's personality along with pedagogical orientation and pedagogical competence. As practice shows, emotional flexibility is not developed in most teachers. The article presents the training cycle "Development of emotional flexibility" as part of the broader program "Professional growth of the teacher."
