Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of vocational training and retraining of teachers of higher education. The authors believe that predicting the development of professionally important qualities of the teacher's personality is an important aspect of this problem. The article presents the personality qualities of the university teacher, developed through the formed skills during information and technological training.
