Abstract

The article considers the psychological aspects of training of employees of special units of internal affairs - the strategy and tactics of operational thinking, the ability to defuse tension, respect for personal safety, and the peculiarities of detention. Levels of interaction with offenders, methods of speech communication, active listening and non-verbal methods of communication are also considered. The psychological aspects of the detention of criminals are separately analyzed.
