Experience of qualitative analysis of age and individual characteristics of the development of school readers. Message 1. Understanding the literature by younger students
Abstract
The article considers the experience of qualitative analysis of the peculiarities of understanding by younger students of the figurative content of works of fiction. An analysis of the development of a student reader is given on the basis of ideas about the essence of the reading activity of M.M. Bakhtin. It has been shown that the general initial age of the reading activity of younger students when entering school is the lack of understanding of the author, his plan and position. But otherwise there is a fairly wide range of individual differences - from children who do not know the practice of aesthetic reading of the text, to children who have already mastered individual means and methods of disclosing the author's position. In the process of teaching literature, children develop unevenly, each at its own pace and with varying degrees of success in mastering the methods of reading activity.
