Gender-Role Identity Specifics of Juvenile Delinquents: Diagnostics and Correction Approaches

The article focuses on gender-role identity specifics of juvenile delinquents. Results of empiric research on gender-role identity specifics of boys and girls with delinquent behavior are presented. The analysis of results indicates in delinquent boys' weak gender-role images interiorization into the structure of gender-role self-consciousness; and a conflict nature of gender-role identity of delinquent girls. These findings were used during formulating advisable approaches to psychological intervention work with such adolescents.
