Abstract

In recent years there has been a significant increase of expert psychological examinations of minors in civil cases related to identification of the place of residence of children after the parents’ divorce and the course of their upbringing. Thus, in the period from 2004 to 2011 the number of such examinations carried out by the staff of the Laboratory for psychology of child and adolescent age of the Center named after V.P.Serbskiy, increased more than 12-fold. One of the most important expert tasks of the specialists is the evaluation of peculiarities of internal attitude of the minor to each of the parents and to other close relatives. The contribution analyzes the practice of using tests for cooperative activity of child and parent in expert psychological examinations of minors in civil process. It describes the procedure of carrying out the test for cooperative activity of child and parent in expert activity of the psychologist. It also identifies the main types of interaction in child-parent dyads with sponsoring and separately living parent.
