The contribution summarizes the scientific and practical knowledge on the problem of research and diagnostics of intrapersonal conflicts. It is widely thought that internal development problems provoke a chain of internal sensations and attitudes toward oneself and society, creating an unhealthy interaction which, in turn, leads to deformation of conditions and possibilities of development of environment, self-movement and self-development of personality. The adolescent age period is the “explosion of internal development”. Thereby the definition of modern peculiarities of intrapersonal conflicts of adolescent development stage can be considered a “key” to the door of the conflict inside the personality. The main aim of the contribution is to identify the forming factors of intrapersonal conflict. Relevance, novelty and value of the contribution are defined by: modern view on problems of intrapersonal conflicts, reconstruction of the space of diagnostics of intrapersonal conflicts and stable factors, identified through the use of the method of factor analysis, which form the intrapersonal conflict on the adolescent stage of personality development.
