Abstract

We provide an overview of the commemorative events in Psychological Institute marking the 100th anniversary of its grand opening, which were prepared and conducted together with the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education. A brief historical background is provided; the events during two days of the conference are observed. Scientific events that took place within it revealed the wide range of scientific and psychological studies that are currently done by the Institute's employees, have confirmed their implications for improving the process of psychological education, and demonstrated a willingness Psychological Institute of the creative solution of modern socio-cultural problems.
