Organizational and Methodological Support of Distance Learning for Students with Disabilities

Abstract

The article presents the experience of developing and organizing an expert assessment of the quality of online courses for students with disabilities of various nosological groups. The approbation of courses took place in the conditions of network interaction of 15 universities. The article describes the conditions of testing, identified problems and proposed solutions. The authors, on the basis of the analysis of the results of testing online courses in universities of the Russian Federation, made recommendations on their development, examination, educational and methodological support and use in the educational process. Conclusions are drawn about the need to organize joint work of universities on the creation of online courses for people with disabilities, to ensure networking on the organization of a single open bank of developed distance learning courses and teaching and learning complexes in higher education disciplines.
