To the question of participation of a specialist psychologist in preparation for and carrying out of interrogation of minor victim of sexual violence

The contribution justifies the necessity of use by the investigator of professional psychological knowledge in processual and non-processual form in the process of preparation for and carrying out of interrogation of minor victims of crimes against sexual integrity and sexual freedom of personality. It presents a psychological typology of motivation of behavior of minor victims of sexual crimes in legally significant situations (pre-criminal, criminal, post-criminal, investigative). It also points out some aspects of activity of specialist psychologist in the process of preparation for and carrying out of interrogation of minor victim of sexual violence taking into account the motivation of behavior of victim in legally significant situations (choosing the place and specific participants of the specific interrogative action, spatial position of participants of interrogation, choosing the time and length of breaks in interrogation, using tactical methods of interrogation).
