Folklore & folk games as psych correctional instrument of legal psychology

Abstract

The phenomenon of folk game as an instrument of psychologist for correctional & preventive work with asocial the youth behavior is considering in this article. The tie between game & folk cultural traditions & problems of game experience transmission are scrutinized by author. The game is examined as a dynamic model of social relationships in the framework of cultural tradition. It initiates the whole range of basic emotions accompanying this relationships & permitting to start mastering their cultural forms. Aside from game rules imitation & contamination from informant is the integral part of game transmission. Rules are process characteristic of game. But the key role of informant make it non-technological. The experiment of organizing the training course where students could assimilate different forms of game-practice (for Ex.: games, games with dolls, fairytales).
