Abstract

For a long time it is known that consumption is the global phenomenon and makes last stage of economic manufacture, i.e. manufacture is directly connected with consumption. For today the problem of maintenance of the rights of consumers is actual, more than ever, as the world is global, interdependence and unity, and, proceeding from it here have repeatedly increased, it is necessary to improve both international, and interstate legal and legislative base.
