Abstract

Spirituality and ethics are the important factor of development, both man and society. System of moral guidelines determine the ambitious national goals and priorities for national projects, forms the law. Introduction of a new spiritual and moral course in a number of educational institutions, is a kind of backbone factor perspective of social development.
