Abstract

The experience of child’s labor unions of Krasnoyarsk region is described in the article, socially-pedagogical conditions are analyzed which provides possibility to prepare young people for labor activity in new economical conditions, forming labor value in the system of teenager's valuable orientations. Thus the relation to labor is shown in the faithful, responsible execution of the labor duties, development of the creativities in labor activity, recognition of the importance of the labor and labor results of others.
