Abstract

In this article analyzes the main directions of scientific research in the sphere of Russian sociology of education for the period from 2000 to 2011. Given the typology of research of the theoretical and methodological character, and the research connected with new practical problems of Russian education. The material is prepared on the basis of the content-analysis of the content of the journal "Sociological research" for the period.
