Abstract

There is a serious problem in the sphere of thought in Russia today: new projects appear, but not all of them are being clearly studied by the majority of modern society in spite of real seriousness of the concepts suggested. Moreover they often contain hidden senses and really contro-versial ideas and sights. One of the concepts like this is project «Childhood-2030».
