Abstract

Social and cultural initiatives of the institutes of civil society play a great role in solving important social problems. They allow to unite the interests of the state, society to protect t he rights and freedom of person and citizen. In this article you can see the experience of collaboration of the local authorities and non-state non-commercial organizations based on social cultural initiatives.
