Generative and Values in Different Periods of Adulthood
Abstract
The study examined the relationship of generative and value orientations in early, middle and late adulthood (23–32 years, 34–41 years and 44–57 years). It is based on 133 respondents (67 men and 66 women). It was revealed that the generative orientation and frequency of generative actions is strongly integrated with value orientations in the period of early adulthood. The value of “kindness” is associated with generative orientations in all periods of adulthood. It is shown that the characteristics associated with the generative value orientations in all periods of adulthood.
