On March 18, 2026, a meeting of the Co-Author Reading Club will take place as part of the “Science in Publications” series. The topic of the meeting will focus on measuring adolescent well-being: what reliable, concise, and scientifically grounded tool can be used when working with Russian adolescents?
The webinar will present the results of the psychometric validation of the Russian version of the EPOCH questionnaire, an instrument for assessing adolescents’ psychological well-being. The questionnaire has already been widely used in international research (USA, Australia, China) and has now been tested on a sample of Russian adolescents aged 13–16.
The following questions will be addressed:
- theoretical foundations of the EPOCH model: how adolescent psychological well-being is understood within positive psychology;
- structure and content of the Russian version of the questionnaire and results of its psychometric validation on a Russian sample;
- relationships between well-being and emotional problems, conduct difficulties, and prosocial behavior;
- practical applications of the instrument, including its use in school psychological services.
The webinar is intended for psychologists and specialists working in school psychological services.
