Abstract

The paper considers issues of managerial decisions efficiency. Availability of well-founded methodology for problems resolution is the major precondition of this efficiency. This methodology should include approaches, principles, and well-defined criteria for es-timation of decisions efficiency. Estimation theory is applied to demonstrate that activity management can have diverse quality.
