Abstract

Author considers role and place of business game in development of communication activity of future managers and presents results of studies of business game application as a tool for future managers communication competence development during the education process when studying psychology curriculum in the economy department of university; efficiency of this training technique in development of communication competence of future managers is demonstrated.
