Abstract

The paper discusses attitude to professional activity as extremely important life value. Demonstrated that system of values has its own so called primordial image in mind of students at the stage of training. Comparative analysis of motivation and value structure of personality of manager students and professional managers has been performed. Following the interpretation of obtained data author makes conclusion about the reasons of changing perception of environment and values during transition from status of student to status of professional manager
