Abstract

The paper presents analytical data of specifics of special economic zones development from the viewpoint of human capital assets employment there. Ways of enhancement of special economic zones functioning due to development high-level human capital assets for these zones and inside the zones are proposed. Propagation of this activity effect to economy of the whole region is demonstrated.
