Психолого-психиатрические проблемы у женщин — жертв внутрисемейного насилия и их особенности в условиях самоизоляции в результате пандемии COVID-19 (научный обзор) ¹⁵⁵

Научный обзор посвящен анализу отечественной и зарубежной литературы, исследующей психолого-психиатрические проблемы у женщин, подвергшихся домашнему насилию. Показаны особенности данного явления во время пандемии COVID-19. Рост домашнего насилия обусловлен такими факторами, как ситуация неопределенности, ощущение неуверенности в будущем, ухудшение социального и материального положения, ограничение социальных контактов, употребление ПАВ. Важным фактором становится малодоступность для женщин помощи со стороны социальных учреждений (поликлиник, центров социальной защиты, в том числе убежищ для жертв домашнего насилия, детских образовательных учреждений, церквей). В условиях вынужденной изоляции внутрисемейное насилие становится широко распространенной «скрытой» эпидемией, «пандемией в пандемию». Типичными последствиями домашнего насилия являются расстройство адаптации, тревожные расстройства посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство, депрессия, зависимость от психоактивных веществ. Наиболее неблагоприятным исходом является гетеро- и аутоагрессивное поведение, вплоть до совершения жертвой домашнего насилия расширенного суицида (убийство не только себя, но и собственных детей из псевдоальтруистических побуждений). Обобщены данные, касающиеся предотвращения домашнего насилия и оказания помощи жертвам внутрисемейного насилия.
