Abstract

The article presents a summary of the monograph by Dr. Bobby Hoffman «Motivation for Learning and Performanc». The author is a Professor in the Research University of Central Florida in Orlando (Florida, United States). He specializes in the field of educational psychology for many years and explores the challenges of behavioral and cognitive motivation of a person. Materials of this fundamental research is an information resource that reflects the experience of the problems of the world's scientific school. By virtue of the universality of the problem they can be used as a database in the preparation of publications on motivation, as training material for philologists and linguistic departments as theoretical and empirical evidence base and as discussion material for training purposes.
