Abstract

Context and relevance. One of the priorities in the field of child rearing is the development of a harmonious personality with relevant knowledge and skills, able to realize their potential in modern society. The creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for students at all levels of education could be considered one of the essential tasks in the implementation of today's Strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation. Objective. To consider algorithms of psychological and pedagogical work with students, taking into account target groups in accordance with the Standard of activity of psychological and pedagogical services in the education system of the city of Moscow. Methods and materials. The methodological basis of the research is based on normative documents, theoretical concepts of Russian psychologists and practical tools developed for the Moscow education system. Results. Analysis of the components of psychological and pedagogical support of modern schools in accordance with regulatory documents. Conclusions. The effectiveness of the psychological and pedagogical assistance and support provided depends on how well it meets the educational needs of children, the peculiarities of their personality development and social adaptation, life and family situations. A clear and uniform procedure, uniform rules and algorithms for working with children ensure the necessary quality of solving problems in the field of fostering a harmonious personality.
