Abstract

Context and relevance. The problem of improving the psychological literacy of parents in the provision of psychological, pedagogical, methodological and counseling services to parents on issues of education, upbringing and development of students within the framework of participation in the federal project “Modern School” of the national project “Education” is considered. The theoretical basis of the study was I.V. Dubrovina's approach to the development of personal psychological culture as a basis for maintaining psychological health. Objective. To summarize the experience of educational work based on an integrated approach combining broad educational campaigns and individualized consultations. Methods and materials. The study involved 45,248 parents aged 18 to 56 and older - participants in the project “Provision of psychological, pedagogical, methodological and counseling services to parents (legal representatives) of children and citizens wishing to foster children without parental care. Results. The contingent that took part in educational activities was analyzed. Quantitative indicators of consultations depending on the topics of received questions and the age of students, the presence of special educational needs. Conclusions. Guidelines for further educational work on the basis of the Municipal Psychological and Pedagogical Center of Moscow and interaction with educational organizations of the city were determined.
