Psycho-pedagogical readiness of psychology students to work in inclusive educational institutions

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of formation of psychological and educational readiness of future psychologists for work in the system of inclusive education. This paper gives a description of experiment results on the formation of this type of readiness. A program of formation of psycho-educational readiness of psychology students for work in a system of inclusive education is represented. The purpose of research is identifying psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of psychological and educational readiness of future educational psychologists to work in inclusive education system. The subject of study is psycho-pedagogical willingness of future educational psychologist for work in inclusive education. Hypothesis of the study is the following: structural components of psychological and educational readiness of future educational psychologists for work in inclusive education develop and interrelate with each other heterochronic; formation of psychological and educational readiness of future educational psychologists for work in inclusive education system will be efficient if the formative program will be organized in the unity of three interrelated stages: first stage - formation of personality, motivational, emotional, and volitional components by means of psycho-pedagogical training, the second stage of cognitive component based on an elective course, the third stage of consolidation generated in the previous step as necessary for psychological and pedagogical support for children with special needs in inclusive school in practice.
