The work is devoted to the investigation of speech activity in patients with endogenous mental disorders and is made in the research tradition of Y.F. Polyakov, pathopsychological school. Based on research experience of laboratory of medical psychology (FBSU RAMS), researchers have picked up a set of techniques that, in their opinion, provides the most complete way to evaluate the speech activity in schizophrenia in adolescent patients: “Syllabic methodic”, “Object construction”, “Directed verbal associations”. Controls and experimental groups consisted of 78 subjects (controls – 48 subjects, experimental group – 30 subjects. It is shown that the whole diagnostic complex is capable to detect features of speech activity as characteristic of schizophrenia (disorder of speech communication actualization, neologisms ets.).
