Comparison of individual features of electrodermal reactions in the situation of joint watching of audiovisual stimuli (movies)

Abstract

The main task of the current experimental study is the investigation of the nature of perception based on the characteristics of phasic electrodermal reaction in individual subjects, as well as in the situation of joint movie watching (as a socially important meaningful information product). The presence of a statistically significant correlation between electrodermal responses, recorded at the single subject in situations of repeated movie watching and in situations of joint (paired) movie watching was shown as the result of the experiment. Revealed pattern allows us to select a group of individuals with a similar type of perception of socially significant information, as well as to realize selection of partners for successful collaboration.
