The translated hagiography of Ancient Russian: the problems of the researching

Abstract

The article is devoted to the value of the translated hagiography in the ancient Russian bookishness structure. The author explicates the idea of the translated Byzantine literature transplantation to the Russian grounds and the author joins this process with its belonging to Scripture, fixes clerical origin of the hagiography and their connect with the statutory reading. The predicating of the translated hagiography special meaning for imaging about ideal with old Russan person is the main in this article.
