On the issue of ethnocultural aspects of the education of peoples without statehood
Abstract
The article considers the concept of "peoples without statehood." The author of the article highlights the opposition: the person and the state in the educational field, determines their interests and considers the zone of compromise. The importance of the "national school" problem is highlighted. The question of the national policy pursued by the Russian state in the educational sphere is examined. Positive developments in public consciousness regarding national and cultural affiliation are presented.
