Abstract

The article discusses the most relevant difficulties that arise when preparing psychologists students for professional activity, such as insufficient psychological practice, mainly in one area, compared with a solid theoretical base; the problem of limited knowledge and the difficulties of applying this knowledge in a specific professional environment, etc. Recommendations are made to solve these problems in the process of training qualified psychologists, as well as the qualities necessary for the successful adaptation of a specialist to various professional environments.
