Causes, prevention and coping with anxiety
Abstract
The article considers the concept of anxiety, the causes of its occurrence, as well as age-related features of the appearance of anxiety. A detailed description of the concept of "anxiety" is given. The influence of anxiety on the activities and behavior of adolescents is considered. Programs on psychocorrection and psychoprophylaxis of anxiety using an integrated approach are presented. The programs of psychological education of parents and teachers are considered in sufficient detail.
