Abstract

By psychological competence, the authors of the article understand a set of personality characteristics, including: 1) personal position, 2) the presence of detailed, testable ideas about the processes of experience, interpersonal and group processes, 3) communication and reflexive skills. The authors developed and implemented seminar programs to enhance the psychological competence of preschool education leaders. The article analyzes the peculiarities of holding seminars and the results obtained.
