Abstract

The object of analysis is the vocational and pedagogical motivation of teachers. The author compared three groups of teachers working in different didactic systems: in the traditional learning system, in the didactic system of L.V. Zankov and in the educational system of D.B. Elkonina - V.V. Davydova. As the study showed, the beginning of pedagogical activity is favorable for the motivational sphere of teachers of all didactic systems. The author compares the level of awareness of primary school teachers regarding existing non-traditional learning systems, the motivations for choosing a didactic system and the difficulties faced by teachers in the transition from traditional learning to developmental learning.
