Abstract

The article describes a longitudinal study (from I to III class), the purpose of which was to identify psychological, socio-psychological and psychophysiological factors that affect the formation of individual differences in the mental development of children. A number of psychological methods were used, as well as a tepping test and EEG data. As a result of the studies, it was possible to establish factors that significantly affect the high level of mental development, while specific causes leading to a low level of mental development could not be established.
