Dynamics of the motivational and need sphere of the developing personality of the doctor
Abstract
The author addresses the problem of professional development of personality. The issue of personal acceptance of professionalization as a life task, as well as motivation as the most important factor in development, is raised. The motivation for the professional activity of the doctor is analyzed, the motives themselves, as the author notes, are formed in the course of professionalization. A detailed description of the experiment is given, the purpose of which was to test the model of the program of psychological support for the professional development of the doctor's personality at all stages of professional education.
