Abstract

The author of the article notes that until now, among teachers in preschool institutions, there is an attitude towards the child as a material with which you need to work, arising from the incorrectly formed professional consciousness of teachers or their incomplete education received at a teacher training school, and not at a university. The results of the study of teacher training programs in various schools are presented, an analysis of the style of interaction of the teachers themselves with teacher students is carried out. The article also analyzes the results of the questionnaire of teachers.
