Abstract

The article presents the results of an experimental study of the types of joint work of schoolchildren in groups formed taking into account the wishes of children, with a leader in recruitment, according to the principle of homogeneity (heterogeneity) IQ, as well as with targeted recruitment. The principle of forming groups significantly affects the progress of group work and it is the groups formed taking into account the psychological address that give the maximum percentage of productive joint activities with effective cooperation and the absence of unproductive conflicts.
