Abstract
The article discusses the problem of the specifics of the teacher's pedagogical activity in school. The features of the influence of personal qualities on his behavior in pedagogical conflict are considered. The results of the study of pedagogical conflict as a factor in the formation and change of meaning orientations of the teacher are presented.
