Thoughts about the Reform of Preschool Education

Abstract

The author analyzes the opportunity of introduction of «preschool training» and the influence of it on children’s health and mental development. Analyzing the modern state of material and technical and personnel base of the system of preschool upbringing and also the experience of introduction of early school training in 80th years, the author assumes, that the economic, material and human factors may prevent all humanistic intentions which developers of the program of «preschool training» write about to be realized.
