Abstract

The article describes a research on individuality in managers with high and average self-actualisation levels. Apart from features of managers' motivational and personality sense spheres, the following universal structural components of successful managers' individualities were discovered: 'active type of behaviour' and 'responsibility for one's own behaviour'. It was also found that motivational and personality sense spheres are relatively independent, provided that the degree of one's perception of his/her life's meaningfulness is sufficient.
