Abstract

Context and relevance. In the context of the development of inclusive higher education, the importance of forming a seamless educational model that ensures continuity and accessibility of learning for students with disabilities and special health needs is growing. However, inclusive practices are often fragmented and local in nature, which gives rise to structural and substantive “gaps” in educational trajectories, especially at the stages of transition to professional self-determination and employment. The problem lies in the contradiction between the growing number of individual inclusive initiatives and the absence of mechanisms for their systemic integration into a holistic model that eliminates the gaps between career guidance, instruction, extracurricular activities, and employment. The relevance of the topic is driven by the need to overcome the fragmentation of the inclusive environment and to find tools for designing a seamless educational model. Competitions of inclusive practices serve as an important source of empirical data and a catalyst for institutional change in this direction. The aim of this study is to conduct a cluster analysis of the practices presented at the competition of inclusive initiatives to identify their potential for building a holistic, seamless educational model at the university. Hypothesis. It is assumed that the systematization and classification of best inclusive practices will make it possible to identify the key elements and interrelations necessary for designing a seamless educational model in the context of a university, one that will eliminate structural and substantive gaps in learning. Methods and materials. The study is based on an analysis of documentary descriptions of the practices by winners and participants of the competition of inclusive initiatives, supplemented by a series of semi-structured interviews with the winning authors and competition organizers. Qualitative content analysis and data clustering methods were used. Results. A classification of inclusive practices was conducted, identifying their typological characteristics, target orientations, and functional capabilities. Gaps in the educational process that these practices can bridge were identified, and potential synergistic correlations between them were established. Conclusions. The competition of inclusive practices has significant potential for the systemic transformation of the university educational environment. Based on cluster analysis, a framework was proposed for integrating disparate practices into a seamless educational model in the context of a university, ensuring continuity and adaptability of learning.
