Abstract

The article presents types and methods of procedures that lead to shaping the pedagogical professionalism based on thought-activity pedagogy. The thought-activity approach was selected as a methodological basis and a brief description of its contents is presented. The author offers a solution to some problems of teacher professionalization, noted by V.V. Davydov, including the problem of correlating logic, pedagogy and psychology in the educational process. Two options for introducing the thought-activity pedagogy to a teacher are discussed: axiological and worldview self-determination in relation to the aims and objectives of own activity and instrumental study of available resources of the professional activity.
