Abstract

The article presents the materials reflecting the peculiarities of psycho-pedagogical and social work in educational institutions in the city of Münster (Germany). The technique described in the article aims to develop the ability of schools to create conditions for the realization of the rights of all subjects of educational space: pupils and teachers. The author stresses that there’re two levels in this work on the development of institutions: 1) development facilities observing the rights and duties of pupils; 2) development facilities observing the rights and duties of the teaching staff members. These levels are interrelated and the work on the second level goes together the work on the first and parallel to it. Accordingly, work on the development of school involves all participants of the educational process – students and teachers. This principle underlies the project work which aims to include everyone (from a pupil and a teacher of the first form to a school director) in the process of optimizing the conditions of education, teaching and communication.
